Combine Pick for Production

Summary
The Combine Pick for Production extension combines picks from production orders into the movement worksheet, when posting the worksheet an inventory movement will be created.

This allows the user to change the pick quantity, for example to pick a whole box of items instead of half a box.

After posting the inventory movement, a new inventory movement will be created to put surplus items back.
